Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are hoping you will join us at Kit Carson RV Park, but in case of a cancellation please be informed of our cancellation policy below.

 If cancelation occurs more than 8 days before the day of your arrival

• $15 Cancelation fee

If cancelation occurs less than 8 days before the day of your arrival 

• A 1 Night deposit will be kept as the cancelation fee

Campers leaving earlier than their original departure date will NOT receive a refund, this includes but is not limited to weather conditions, change of plans, or emergencies

Reservations who don’t contact us and don’t show up for their site will have their

reservation cancelled without a refund.

Ownership and Management reserve the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.

All stays Require:

1. A Copy of the registration and insurance for your rig (Rv, mobile home, trailer, etc.) 

2. A Copy of a photo ID for all adults ]

3. Rabies vaccination papers if you bring pets

4. Signed rules and regulations agreement. You can sign this online or in person during check in. 

*We require a PAPERWORK copy of up to date rabies vaccination papers for all animals that stay within the park.  We do need the paperwork, tags alone are NOT sufficient. Failure to produce proper paperwork will result in a loss of the nonrefundable deposit and a cancellation of your reservation. Please see our Pet Policy under our rules and regulations for more info*
